Nutriz-IC is a 100% vegetal ready-to-use dry mix for the production of a non-dairy, rice based, frozen dessert. It is based on rice and its natural derivatives. Nutriz-IC is lactose and cholesterol free and it has been designed using specific components, which have been selected and optimized to produce a white, creamy, and great tasting rice dessert. Sweeteners, fat and flavours can be added to the customer’s preference.
